The Care Leaders Fellowship

Bringing together people who work in youth engagement and participation to develop the skills to create meaningful projects with young people

The Care Leaders Fellowship is a one-year programme that develops the interpersonal, business and project management skills of individuals so they can create effective local projects with young people.

We are bringing together 100 individuals working in youth engagement and participation from across the UK to join a programme with input from some of the UK’s most influential social care, entrepreneurship and business leaders, online workshops, coaching and industry standard qualifications. The programme will equip fellows with all they need to build effective local projects with young people.

The Care Leaders Fellowship will support and inspire fellows to engage more effectively with young people and provide a national network to share and celebrate their local projects.

Our mission is to support the development of 100 meaningful projects with young people across the UK that will transform their engagement and outcomes.
